SUMMARY
As a Rubber Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient operation of machines. You will work in a dynamic manufacturing environment and be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of the machines to meet production goals and maintain product quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor machines according to production schedules and quality standards.
Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and molds, ensuring proper material flow and quality control. Track the amount of rubber used to mold
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to verify that products meet specifications and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process.
Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized work area, and report any safety concerns.
Documentation: Complete production logs, inspection reports, and maintenance records accurately.
Communication: Communicate with the team for work orders
