Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and reliable subcontractors to handle the measurement and installation of blinds. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and have experience in measuring and installing window coverings. This position requires the ability to work independently and ensure that every job meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure and install blinds at residential and commercial locations.
Take clear, high-quality before and after photos of each job.
Ensure all blinds are installed according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
Communicate effectively with the customer to ensure satisfaction.
Complete job paperwork, including measurements and installation confirmation.
Adhere to all safety and company protocols.
Requirements:
Previous experience in measuring and installing blinds or window treatments is required.
Must provide your own tools and transportation to and from job sites.
Ability to take clear, accurate before and after photos of each job.
Must pass a background check for security and safety reasons.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
