Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (1hr unpaid Lunch)

Job Duties:
Focus is on maintaining common areas and working on apartment turnovers
Morning walk around the property to police the grounds
Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and painting
No certifications required but HVAC cert would be beneficial
Client will provide a work phone to communicate on during work hours
Client will provide all tools necessary to perform job duties
Client will provide on the job training with a senior tech
Valid drivers license required to operate golf cart on site
