Job Title: Warehouse Associate – eCommerce Fulfillment
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced eCommerce fulfillment team. The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in picking, packing, shipping, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate and timely delivery of online orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare shipping labels and documentation using warehouse software
Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory
Conduct cycle counts and assist in regular inventory audits
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Load and unload delivery trucks or pallets as needed
Monitor product quality and report damages or discrepancies
Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, scanners)
Collaborate with the fulfillment and customer service teams to resolve order issues
Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience preferred (eCommerce experience is a plus)
Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
Familiarity with shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation, ShippingEasy, or carrier portals)
Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work weekends or overtime during peak seasons
Working Conditions:
Full-time or part-time schedule
Fast-paced warehouse environment
May involve standing, bending, and lifting for long periods
Temperature may vary depending on warehouse setup
