Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Efficiently run pick lists and pack orders with precision.
Inventory Management: Receive and organize inbound shipments.
Physical Tasks: Lift and handle boxes up to 70 lbs, including placing them on step ladders or shelves up to 15 feet high.
Technology Use: Utilize computers, RF scanners, and tabbed browsing for order picking and inventory control.
Color Accuracy: Identify and distinguish between a vast array of colors to ensure order accuracy.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure timely shipment of all orders, especially during peak periods.
Warehouse Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required—we'll train you!
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers and RF scanners.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, especially in color differentiation.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
