East Brunswick law firm concentrating in plaintiff's personal injury, medical malpractice and employment law seeks a per diem attorney to work between 25 and 45 hours a week. Two or more years of experience in personal injury, medical malpractice and/or employment litigation is preferred. Responsibilities include legal research, preparation and filing of briefs, pleadings, motions, preparing and responding to discovery demands, review of expert reports, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, attending arbitrations and assisting with trial preparation. The candidate must have excellent legal research and brief writing skills as well as familiarity with MS Office, N.J. e-courts and N.J. court rules.
