As one of the nations largest legal staffing providers, Hire Counsel has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Litigation Attorney with excellent writing skills to join a boutique complex litigation firm in Northern, New Jersey. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of complex litigation experience and will be interested in joining a firm which focuses on commercial litigation, employment litigation and insurance coverage matters. Responsibilities Include: Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, interrogatories, discovery and client communications Assist with discovery, conducting and defending depositions, and trial preparation when necessary Handle matters both individually and as a member of a small team Position Details: Anticipated start date: June/July 2021 Hours: Full-time positions with some flexibility Location: Northern New Jersey with work from home flexibility Compensation: $120,000+ per year Qualifications: 5+ years of complex litigation experience NJ and NY bars preferred Must have writing sample available Experience handling insurance, employment or complex commercial litigation matters Excellent analytical skills and ability to work autonomously with sound legal judgement If you have a friend who is interested in our job opportunity, refer them to us and you could earn a bonus of up to $500!
