A law firm is looking for an attorney, preferably a general practitioner, licensed to practice in New Jersey and Connecticut and able to handle civil, criminal, and immigration matters in state and federal court.
Being licensed in New York and having good research and writing skills would be a plus.
We prefer someone with experience in landlord-tenant, general civil matters, immigration, family law, etc.- general practice, like in the good old days.
We can enter into a partnership as this firm has a large customer base, or this position can be case-by-case or salary-based. It's suitable for someone of retirement age or just new in the field passionate about helping people. It's not the highest-paid position, or for someone without a customer base
Our practice primarily serves the South Asian community, and we wish to expand. Come help us grow the practice, and the sky is the limit.
