Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support cGMP operations, warehouse functions, inventory control, and weigh & dispense (W&D) activities. This role requires experience in a regulated environment and comfort working with powders, salts, and liquids.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform weigh & dispense of powders, salts, and liquids per cGMP standards
Execute day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and distribution
Work within classified clean room environments
Handle temperature-sensitive materials with proper protocols
Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
Collaborate with supply chain on incoming/outgoing materials (e.g., samples, returns, intermediates)
Assist in document creation and revisions (SOPs, MBRs, work instructions, forms, training docs)
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Use SAP or equivalent ERP for inventory and transaction tracking
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in materials management within the biopharmaceutical or FDA-regulated industry
Experience with SAP and working in cGMP environments
Prior work in weigh & dispense operations
High school diploma required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for 8–10 hours/day
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
Able to reach, bend, push/pull, and grip frequently
