The responsibility of this position is to efficiently set-up and operate CNC machines while maintaining a safe, productive work environment. The following minimal capabilities are required for this position…
Strong knowledge of CNC machining set-up and operation.
Navigation of CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Mitsubishi and Haas.
Proficient in 3, 4 and 5 axis machining concept and maintenance of machine, tool and fixture offsets.
Blueprint reading and geometric tolerance interpretation
Diverse Metrology knowledge and ability to adhere to our ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 standards.
