We are now hiring Order Processing Specialist who are team players, versatile, and dependable!
Order Processing Specialist Job Summary
$20-$23 an hour
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Create purchase orders (POs) in GHE QB and generate small factory sales orders (SOs) in GHI QB, ensuring proper calculations of quantities and standard lead times.
Confirm packaging requirements and stamp with the preparer's seal and signature.
Verify supplier invoices, register in EKP, and request payment processing.
Forward orders for review to designated auditors, ensuring all categories, quantities, and lead times align with expectations. Address discrepancies promptly.
Order Processing Specialist Qualifications
Proficiency in QB order management systems.
Strong organizational skills to maintain records and ensure timely processing
Effective communication to coordinate with sales, suppliers, and internal departments.
Attention to detail for accurate documentation and order tracking.
Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or order processing.
Familiarity with manufacturing workflows.
