We're seeking a full Property Management Assistant to support our Director of Property Management. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within a real estate management company overseeing 3000+ units. You'll work directly with the Director of Property Management in a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities:
· Print monthly reports.
· Schedule vendors and review invoices for accuracy
· Manage HR ads and screen resumes.
· Coordinate with utility companies to disconnect services for outgoing residents.
· Draft and distribute tenant letters as necessary.
· Arrange access for building inspections by contacting tenants.
· Assist in procurement of maintenance and turnover supplies.
· Support special projects coordination.
· Other duties as directed and taught by the Director of Property Management
Qualifications
· Must have car.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Will train! Great for someone looking to get into Real Estate business.
