Job Title: eCommerce Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy eCommerce Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role involves managing backend processes, coordinating with suppliers and fulfillment teams, updating product data, and assisting in customer support—ensuring smooth operation across various online sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the eCommerce team with administrative tasks and data entry
Maintain and update product listings on marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart) and company website
Monitor order processing, shipping statuses, and stock levels
Handle email correspondence with customers, suppliers, and partners
Assist with the creation and formatting of product descriptions, titles, and SEO metadata
Track invoices, purchase orders, and inventory documents
Manage returns and refunds in coordination with the operations team
Generate weekly sales reports and inventory summaries
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment and restocking
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining digital records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience, preferably in eCommerce or retail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, eBay Seller Hub, etc.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience with inventory software or ERP systems is a plus
High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
