Part-Time Administrative & Assistant Support (Commercial Cleaning Company)
Pay: $17–20/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: 15–20 hrs./week | Mondays mandatory, other days flexible

About Us:
Presidential Cleaning, LLC is a family-owned commercial cleaning company serving the tri-state area for over 20 years. We are growing quickly and looking for a dependable Part-Time Administrative Assistant who can also provide assistant support when needed. This position has the potential to grow into a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries
Schedule and coordinate cleaning crews
Assist with payroll, invoicing, and QuickBooks
Post job ads, help recruit, and conduct initial interviews
Prepare proposals, contracts, and business documents
Maintain client records, filing, and data entry
Run errands and assist management as needed
Requirements:
Must have prior administrative/office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
QuickBooks/ADP experience a plus (will train)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Reliable transportation (for errands when needed)
Detail-oriented, dependable, and trustworthy with confidential information
