SUMMARY
We have an immediate need for a Bilingual Spanish Data Entry Specialist within our Customer Service Department with ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with co-workers and customers; in joining the Automann customer service team, you will process client purchase orders into our order database in a timely and accurate manner. This role mostly involves data entry but will on occasion require direct client communication to clarify faxed or emailed data. This position has potential for growth if applicant is assertive and committed to learning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Transfer data from faxes and emails into our order database system
Able to handle high volume of inbound orders while maintaining accuracy and efficiency standards
Verify customer requests
Informs department supervisor when there is a problem with an order
Research and resolve any potential order issues based on customer requests
Solid focus on customer satisfaction
Good attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual Spanish Required
Associate degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience
Multitasker, independent thinker and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, exciting work environment
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail in processing documents on a daily basis
Reliability and punctual attendance
Strong prioritizing & organizational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
