Must have skills in the following:
Excellent writing skills and customer service skills for answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Proficient in all aspects of Mac OS, Apple iOS, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) as well as experience with its applications (Mail, iCloud, etc.)
Experience with social media account managements (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter) and CAD programs (i.e. SocialTables) preferred
