Job Summary:
We are an aluminum and steel distributor and we are looking for a professional and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to contact customers, build relationships, and offer our products in a compelling and consultative manner. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for sales, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to present our products and services.
Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet their specific requirements.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while engaging with clients, ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas through effective lead management and follow-up.
Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position our solutions.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns with confidence and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing role (1-3 years preferred).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging phone presence.
Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite.
- Experience with SAP Business One a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus
This is an ON SITE position, we don't have any remote position at the moment.
