We are looking for an assistant to our office manager at a very busy sign company. This job entails: filing, completing paperwork for ULs, calling in for final inspections, completing and keeping track of permit applications, organizing project photos, managing big company projects, keeping survey list up to date, helping answer the phone and directing calls where needed, customer service, checking all emails, writing up estimates and work orders for new projects, preparing projects for graphic and production team, preparing surveys, reviewing projects with owner for next steps. You need to be able to work in a fast paced environment, stay organized and multi task. You need to have experience with Quick Books and fluent in English.
