We’re looking for an Office Assistant to support our wholesale distribution business with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Handle emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries
Manage inventory records and order supplies
Assist with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks
Maintain organized files and documentation
Support staff with scheduling and daily operations
Requirements:
Prior office/admin experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office & basic bookkeeping
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
