We are an Aluminum Composite Panels and Metal Roofing manufacturer. We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities. Must be well organized, detail oriented, quick learner and tech savvy. Excellent customer service skills required.

Responsibilities
Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
Some staffing duties
Some A/R and A/P work
Complete requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies.
Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
Undertake occasional receptionist duties
- Experience with SAP Business One a PLUS - Company is transitioning
Excellent organizational and interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Customer Service skills a MUST
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc)
Experience using Quickbooks Online
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Integrity and professionalism
Experience with architectural products and blueprints a plus
Must have a valid Driver's License - This is NOT a remote position.
