The onsite hours are 7:30am-3:30pm, 37.5/hour work week. The position is fully onsite during the training period and then onsite two days a week when the individual can work successfully when remote. Must have the ability to work remotely with your own computer and high-speed internet access.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviewing and processing claim-related tasks while providing support services to the Association. Position may include telephone contact with claimants, attorneys, and other members of the public.
Provide support services including data entry, generating correspondence using established templates and procedures and initial claims set up.
Provide support services including imaging, document indexing, routing electronic documents and maintenance of all claim files.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent supplemented by two (2) years on the job training in a similar work environment
Proficiency in basic computer skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Detail oriented
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
