Office Manager/Event Assistant

Enthusiastic self starting, motivated person for growing event entertainment company. Experience a must for office skills. Job is full time salary of $45,000 to start. M-Th (Fridays remote)(after 2 week training.) 4 days a week in our home office on South Amboy waterfront and Fridays remote from your home office.

Need someone to help run the office, answer clients and agents phone calls and help female business owner grow the company as fast as possible. Some work may be to attend events such as weddings and bar mitzvah's to help her make the event smooth and fabulous.

Duties Include-

-answering calls and speaking with agents and clients

-schedule performers

-determine availability and travel time for performers

-composing emails to generate business

-assist owner as needed

-attend events and help performers with costume and timing needs

-other general tasks needed day to day

-customer service skills a must

-must be fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills

-must be RELIABLE and have your own car
