Very busy, family owed, automotive collision repair shop, in need of an immediate hire.

Excellent customer service

Answer telephone

Email correspondence

Filing invoices/other paperwork

Schedule Appointments

Call Insurance Companies and follow-up calls

Have professional telephone manner.

Bilingual is A Plus

Candidate must be on time, reliable, friendly, self motivate, organize, work independently as well as within a team.

Be able to multitask and detail oriented

Be comfortable dealing with variety personalities

Be proficient in Microsoft, Outlook, and Excel

Have the ability to learn to understand the complexity of the business

Paid Vacation/Holidays

Full Time Positions: Mon-Fri. (8:00 am-5:00 pm)

Hours/Salary are Negotiable. No weekends
