Must have good marketing skills, own vehicle. We serve entire NJ, prefer central NJ. Construction tech skills are desirable but not essential. However, good communication skill is critical. We are in Somerset, NJ since 1997 and are a full stack inspection shop. Very good revenue potential for the right candidate. Can be a good full time or part time supplemental income for a contractor, freelancer, go-getter type.
