Job Title: Acquisitions Specialist

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: Receive $2,000 per closing
(A contract is typically closed within about 30-45 days from the Seller's acceptance of the contract).
EXAMPLE:
1 closed deal per week equals $2,000/wk or $4,000/mo
2 closed deals per week equals $4,000/wk or $16,000/mo
3 closed deals per week equals $6,000/wk or $24,000/mo
4 closed deals per week equals $8,000/wk or 32,000/mo
Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Acquisitions Specialists to join our team!
Candidates will be making outbound calls.
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Utilize company-provided scripts to engage with seller leads through phone calls and Zoom software.
Build trust and rapport with homeowners while explaining the benefits of working with Elite Acquisitions.
Negotiate and secure purchase agreements with sellers, ensuring terms align with the Sellers' needs and our company guidelines.
Consistently follow up with leads to close contracts, maintaining professionalism.
Collaborate with Transaction Coordinator.
Maintain organized and accurate records of interactions, agreements, and contract statuses.
