Residential Acquisitions Associate with Zoning Experience P/T
Location: Old Bridge, NJ
Hours: Mon-Thurs 11am-4pm
Pay: $30/hour plus $2000 per land acquisition (goal is aprox. 40 per year)
Description:
Land developer looking for an experiencedcandidateto locate potential sites for development of new homes using traditional online and in person methods. Candidatewill be expected to submit and obtain permits and do proper due diligence on prospect properties.
Requirements
- general background in development
- experience working with municipaloffices (specifically zoning and building dpts.)
- familiarwith drawing site/plot plans, showing proper setbacks etc
