We’re looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our team and help customers find the right storage solutions.
You’ll assist customers in person and over the phone, guide them through renting storage units, explain lease terms and fees, and complete rental agreements. You’ll also recommend and sell retail items such as boxes, tape, and moving supplies.
This role includes ensuring the property looks clean, safe, and welcoming by coordinating with maintenance staff and performing light upkeep when needed. You’ll work closely with the Manager to meet company goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
No prior experience is required — we will train you.
