About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our roasting production team! This role plays a key part in getting our freshly roasted beans packaged and shipped to coffee lovers across the country. You’ll also support our cold brew production, ensuring quality and consistency every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
Package, label, and prepare roasted coffee for wholesale and mail-order customers
Assist with cold brew production, cleaning, and equipment setup
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow food-safety best practices
Collaborate closely with the roasting team to keep daily operations running smoothly
Participate in daily coffee cuppings to taste, learn, and help ensure quality
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Comfort working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Passion for great coffee and interest in learning about the roasting process
