We are looking for a smart, diligent, results-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Manager. You'll be part of a fast growing entrepreneurial team dedicated to serving the food industry.
What you'll do :
- Manage a team of individuals to work together toward a shared goal
- Organize data in Google spreadsheets
- Learn about all aspects of a business
Requirements:
-Recent college graduate is ideal; 2-10 years work experience
-Comfortable with technology, gmail, iMessage, etc.
-Good at math
-Detail oriented - very important
-Position can start immediately; full-time
-Spanish/English bilingual preferred
-Must be comfortable on your feet all day
-Strong leadership skills
-Eager to work hard to build a fast growing company
-Natural interest in problem solving and troubleshooting
Compensation : $40k/year based on experience; with potential for quick advancement based on performance!
