BDC Coordinator / Customer Service Representative / Full Time/ 5 Day work week / Salary plus commissions
Gateway KIA North Brunswick, a family-owned dealership in North Brunswick, NJ and BDCBill, LLC a National Business Development Training Center are looking for BDC Team Professionals with knowledge of the Automotive BDC industry. Must have excellent phone and written communication skills, be able to work in a CRM tool.VinSolutions a plus, be computer savvy, able to process information quickly, be receptive to ongoing training, and willing to learn to do whatever it takes to be successful. Prior BDC or phone call center experience is very helpful. Duties include but are not limited to:
Basic CRM and BDC applications.
Answer inbound leads/calls and make outbound calls.
Schedule Sales / Service appointments using Call Guides.
Log all customer data in CRM.
Generate letters, emails, campaigns and associated follow-up according to a pre-determined timeline.
