Job Responsibilities:
Drive sales of commercial trucks by identifying and engaging with potential customers, including businesses and independent operators.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate truck models and financing options.
Present and demonstrate truck features, capabilities, and benefits to customers.
Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in options to close deals successfully.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the commercial truck industry, including trends, competitor pricing, and inventory.
Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional customer experiences.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for future sales.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and community outreach programs to promote Vitale Motors.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in commercial vehicle sales, automotive sales, or a related field preferred.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Spanish language proficiency required.
