Job Responsibilities
1, Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product knowledge and design suggestions.
2, Understand customer needs and recommend cabinet styles, layouts, and pricing options.
3, Prepare quotes, invoices, and follow up with clients to close sales.
4, Work closely with contractors, designers, and homeowners to ensure smooth order processing.
5, Maintain showroom displays and promote special sales events.
Requirements:
1, Prior experience in sales (cabinetry, home improvement, furniture, or construction preferred).
2, Strong communication and customer service skills.
3, Basic knowledge of kitchen layouts and design trends is a plus.
4, Bilingual (English/Chinese or English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
5, Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
