Manufactured Home Sales P/T
Location: Old Bridge, NJ
Hours: Sunday-Friday 11am-4pm (days off are based on appt. schedule)
Pay: $30/hour plus $2000 per home sale (goal is aprox. 20 per year)
Qualifications and Requirments:
Ability to guide customers through the home financing process from beginning to end
Experience in the home and home mortgage industry
Maintain customer online files and provide timely follow-up with prospective buyers via the company’s CRM system
Show prospects display homes
Set home center visits utilizing the prospect database and converting ad calls and web lead
