About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking for a OUTSIDE Sales Representative to cover the New Jersey territory for our exclusive line of professional hair products. This position can be Full-Time, Part-Time, or Independent—we are open to flexible arrangements for the right candidate.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop and grow a loyal salon and stylist customer base
Present and promote our premium product lines to new and existing clients
Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and education
Submit daily routing sheets to track progress and maximize productivity
Exceed monthly sales goals with confidence and consistency
Represent the company professionalism and enthusiasm in the field at all times
MONDAY MEETINGS ARE MANDATORY at our office
Qualifications:
Prior sales experience in the beauty or salon industry is a plus
Must be organized and reliable
Training will be provided
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel is daily)
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Compensation:
Pay structure and expense coverage will be discussed during interviews.
