What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls to local businesses using provided lead lists
Introduce our cleaning services and explain the benefits
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
Keep accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system
Follow up with interested leads
What We’re Looking For:
Previous telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a clear, confident phone voice
Organized, goal-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable working independently from home
Basic computer and CRM proficiency
