Sales & Account Manager – Build Relationships with Property Managers (Dayton, NJ)
Apex Air Duct Cleaning & Chimney Services is hiring a Sales & Account Manager to help us expand across NJ.
We’ve served homeowners, HOAs, and apartment communities for 35+ years. This role is all about building relationships with property managers and management companies — not just marketing.
What You’ll Do:
Meet with property managers & HOA boards.
Visit communities & attend industry trade shows.
Follow up with new leads and close contracts.
Build long-term trust with managers and companies.
Keep CRM updated with all activities.
What We Offer:
$55,000–$70,000 base + commission (5–7%)
Quarterly bonuses for performance

Requirements:
Sales, account management, or property management experience preferred.
Strong communication skills & outgoing personality.
Organized & dependable with follow-ups.
Valid driver’s license (local travel required).
