Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new leads for weddings, social events, and corporate functions
Conduct venue tours and confidently pitch our services to potential clients
Build and maintain relationships with event planners, vendors, and clients
Respond to inquiries promptly and follow up with professionalism
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain CRM/database with accurate client information and communication history
Collaborate with event managers to ensure seamless execution of bookings
Ideal Candidate:
Passion for hospitality, sales, and customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities
Able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
Experience in event sales, banquet halls, hotels, catering, or hospitality preferred
Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is a plus
