Salesperson/Estimator Wanted: Bathrooms, Kitchens, Basements.
We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Salesperson/Estimator to join our team and help drive new business while accurately quoting jobs for success.
Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective clients to understand project scope and vision
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates based on site visits and client needs
Generate and close sales leads for bathroom, kitchen, and basement renovations
Create and maintain project proposals, scopes of work, and pricing sheets
Collaborate with project managers and design team
Follow up with leads, provide exceptional customer service, and manage client expectations
Stay current with renovation trends, materials, and pricing
Requirements:
Experience in residential remodeling estimating/sales
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and labor costs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
