What You'll Do:
Build strong relationships with homeowners.
Provide expert product knowledge and recommend tailored insulation and HVAC solutions.
Conduct site visits, prepare quotes, and close sales.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales (construction, solar, home improvement, HVAC or insulation experience a plus)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with strong time management
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel
Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain a sales pipeline
