Responsibilities include:
⢠Understanding and anticipating client needs and travel preferences
⢠Answering incoming sales calls
⢠Quoting client's travel needs and closing sales
⢠Responding quickly and proactively to client requests
⢠Research pricing, promotions and provide pricing information to clients.
⢠Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
Experience:
- Travel Sales Experience Preferred
- Basic Computer Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and vendors
- Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment
- Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, management and sales staff
- Able to work flexible days, hours and one weekend day per week.
