Job Requirements/Skills
Minimum 4 years in the Tree Care Industry
Possesses the skills and ability to complete all types of tree work from large removals with a crane to smaller proper pruning techniques
Must have strong leadership and communication and listening skills and positive attitude
Confidently manage crews of 2-4 people and safely guide them through all types of tree work
Train crew members on skills needed to safely work in the tree care industry
Physically fit – able to list at least 50 pounds
Equipment operating experience (chain saws, chippers, stump grinders, bucket trucks, spider lift, skid steer w/ grapple, rigging from a crane, etc.).
Mechanical Skills
Be On Time, reliable, accountable for actions, honest, proactive, seeks to improve one-self
Follow all Company published Safety and Driving Policies
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record – CDL license a huge plus
ISA Certification a real plus
Pesticide license (applicator or operator) and experience a real plus
Drug and Alcohol free – pre-employment testing required
Subject to Random Drug and Alcohol testing based on DOT requirements
