Position requires a customer focused professional, experience in CCC one and DRP guidelines. Candidate must have strong customer service skills and a focus on quality. Must be neat and highly organized.

Responsibilities include:
Handling all needs of our customers, Prepare initial damage estimates, thorough supplements on vehicles that have been disassembled for repairs and process total losses for our DRP partners.
Explaining the claims / repair process to our customers, Obtaining all Insurance approvals, entering field written estimates into computer system, setting up Repair orders and schedule/appointments, provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicle, as well as other related office duties.
Must have be familiar with DRP guidelines, CCC One estimating and management system experience is preferred.
This position will also require checking in parts orders, inspecting parts for damage, and mirror imaging parts to insure the parts received are correct.
This is a full time position Monday Friday that offers stability and a long term outlook.
We require a valid drivers license with a clear record.
