Responsibilities - Automotive Service Advisor/Writer:
Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer 'specials', schedule service, and more.
Greet customers, offer additional services, and follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion
Review work order with customers and ensure their satisfaction
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications- Automotive Service Advisor/Writer:
Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience is preferred
Good customer service, computer and communication skills
A good work ethic and positive attitude
Driver's license and insurance
