Let us paint a picture of what a Lead Technician does: The sale is already done and you will be going to homes and talking with the homeowner about the work to be completed that day. You will be leading & participating with a team of people doing tasks like cleaning gutters, power washing and painting. You will inspect the entire home and come up with a list of things that need attention. Maybe you talk to the homeowner and they say they want a new ceiling fan or the toilet is running. These are all items that the company can take care of. If items are too big or complicated, we have other contractors we refer to. At the end of the day, we want to take care of our customers, even if that means referring the work to someone else. Whether you have been in a similar line of work or are have retired from another profession, we would like to hear from you!

We’re growing and looking for a Maintenance / Lead Technician to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys solving problems, and values customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct walk-through assessments and provide accurate cost estimates
- Perform routine repairs and general home maintenance tasks
- Safely move and handle heavy furniture, appliances, and tools
- Clean and repair gutters, windows, driveways, and other exterior elements
- Paint and stain interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Execute light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks
- Load and unload tools and materials from work vehicles
- Coordinate services with clients and deliver top-notch customer experience
- Travel area will include about a 45 minute radius.
About you
- First and foremost, you have a positive, can-do attitude, and customer-first mindset
- Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience (handyman, carpenter, technician, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and job-related technology
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry is a plus
- Physically able to lift heavy items, kneel, stand, climb ladders, and work in various environments
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- NOTE: We can teach you a lot if you have a the right attitude! In terms of technical skills, if you can learn to power wash and paint, then that is a great place to start!
