We are seeking a Full Time Electrical Control Panel Assembler to join our team. This role involves the construction, assembly and wiring of Industrial Control Panels according to established specifications and schematics.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble complete Control Panels by installing components such as PLC's Relays, HMIs, Circuit Breakers, Din Rails, Wireway, Switches, Terminal blocks/strips, Grounding Points, etc while adhering to electrical schematics and documentation.
Layout and create the physical features of Control Panels by Hole Punching, and Drilling/Tapping per schematic guidelines.
Conduct functionality and continuity testing of electrical assemblies as needed.
Report any material shortages and discrepancies in schematics or BOM promptly.
Keep a clean and safe workspace in a Shop environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Technical School certificate in an electrical field is highly preferred.
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in assembling Electrical Control Panels is essential.
Familiarity with NFPA70 NEC and UL508a electrical standards is important.
Strong understanding of electricity and electro-mechanical components.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly processes.
Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and following electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
Skills in fabricating and installing conduit/sealtite and wire runs are a plus.
