About the Role:
We’re seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual who enjoys problem-solving and working with tools. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial properties. If you’re someone who can troubleshoot, think on your feet, and take pride in doing quality work, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including mechanical and electrical components
Perform routine maintenance to keep heating and cooling systems running efficiently
Install new HVAC equipment and ductwork as needed
Use tools, meters, and equipment safely and effectively
Work independently and as part of a team on service and installation projects
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
What We’re Looking For:
Strong mechanical aptitude — experience with tools, machinery, or equipment repair (HVAC experience a plus but not required)
Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn on the job
Able to lift 50 lbs regularly, work in confined spaces, rooftops, and on extension ladders
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and solid work ethic
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
