Please be familiar with maintaining and troubleshooting:
-Gas furnaces
-Split AC systems
-Mini-split heat pumps
-Small to medium sized rooftop / package units
Candidates must have the following:
-Ability to lift 50lbs.
-Clean driving record.
-Clean criminal record.
-3 to 5 years of experience in residential & light commercial service work.
-Professional appearance.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Availability to work over time when needed and an on-call rotation.
