Responsibilities of HVAC Service Technicians include;
Service & maintenance of residential and commercial equipment
Providing outstanding customer service
Identify and recommending to customers any additional work to be performed
Evaluate and recommending, when necessary, to replace system
Completing required documentation accurately and within required timeframes
Maintaining company issued vehicle, tools and equipment
Demonstrating company core values of integrity, stewardship, operational excellence, customer – centeredness, teamwork, people development and innovation at all times
Qualified candidates MUST have;
Must have at least 5 years residential and commercial experience.
Customer service skills
Commitment to performing quality work
Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call schedule
Valid NYS/ NJ Driver's license
All hand, powers tools and meters required
