We are a residential builder serving Monmouth and Ocean Counties. We need a reliable, people-oriented helper to keep projects moving. This role is hands-off—no lifting, no tool belt, and no crew management. You will follow our proven formula, and we will walk you through everything step by step.
What You’ll Do
Stop by local job sites, snap a few photos, make simple notes, and text updates
Confirm deliveries and touch base with subcontractors if something is missing
Greet homeowners with a friendly word and let them know progress is on track
Pass information back to our office quickly by phone or text
What Helps You Succeed
Practical knowledge of how a house goes together—any trade background or solid DIY experience is welcome
Clean driver’s license and dependable vehicle
Friendly, professional manner and clear communication
