Winning Teams by Nissel is seeking a part-time delivery driver who can begin working in mid-March. Preferably someone who lives in the surrounding areas of Hunterdon County (but not required).
The individual will be classified as a 1099 contractor.
Winning Teams will provide bi-weekly gross pay and the individual is responsible for paying federal and state income taxes.
We are looking for someone who can work at least two days a week, eight hours per day (Wednesdays and Fridays).
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Background check will be performed.
Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs. and can properly maneuver a hand truck (dolly) over rough terrain.
Interacting with customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
Always providing exceptional customer service.
Our business sells field marking paint and athletic equipment to sports clubs, municipalities, and schools throughout New Jersey & Eastern Pennsylvania. Owning an iPhone with unlimited data service is highly preferred as the driver will need to use their phone for navigation and FaceTime. FaceTime will make it much easier for the driver to communicate with me if they are at a delivery location and have questions. Many of our deliveries to sports clubs consist of delivering products to customers’ homes, inside garages, storage trailers, sheds at parks, etc. Having an iPhone with FaceTime capability will help me show the driver where exactly to deliver.
This position is seasonal. Our peak delivery months are between March-May & July-October. Employment for the months of June & November-February will not be needed. A company vehicle will be provided for all deliveries.
